It’s important to get some good exercise in everyday, even when you don’t feel like you have the energy to do so.  ~PROVEN FACT~ Exercise helps to INCREASE your energy.   We’re all busy, but make time for yourself to get your sweat on. Here is a quick NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED workout that you can do EVERY DAY to start increasing your exercise.  This is also great to do with your kids…but with the warning you may get additional reps, sets and weight.

Reminder to get a good warm up in to get the blood moving through your body. Suggestions for some warm up exercises would be jumping jacks, squat jumps, mountain climbers or high knees to name a few.
